Returns Policy
Goods sold by OZ Pop Culture and Collectibles are carefully inspected for quality, assortment, and proper packaging prior to shipment.
If the product you receive is not as described or damaged in-transit, you are welcome to return your item for a refund or replacement. If this is the case please contact OZ Pop Culture and Collectibles via email sales@ozpopculture.com.au or call us on 0424 485 244 within 14-days from the receipt of your shipment for a prompt refund or replacement.
Products must be returned in the original condition and packaging (items sent to you in mint condition must be returned in mint condition), in saleable condition and without missing parts/tags.
In some cases, OZ Pop Culture and Collectibles will require photo evidence of the damaged goods and the parcel it was sent in. If you are unable to provide photo evidence when requested, we will not be able to accept your return.
Since OZ Pop Culture and Collectibles deals with popular collectibles, some products may sell out. If so, we might not be able to send a replacement and a refund will be given instead.
Refunds will be in the same form the payment was made. Goods will only be refunded after we receive the returned item.
Please be advised; Credit card companies vary on the time it takes for a credit to appear on customers records.
Returns will not be accepted for a change of mind.
